Her journey as a Black female professional navigating these challenges inspired her to take action and make a difference. Kaley's mission is to reduce the wage gap for women of color to 24% by 2028 and help her clients secure an additional €1,000,000,- in earnings.

About Kaley

Kaley is an ICF-accredited Life Coach who specializes in empowering Black women in leadership roles. Born in Zimbabwe, she has spent a significant part of her life traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures, and gaining a global perspective. She holds two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, including one from a prestigious university in France. Her personal experiences, combined with her professional background, position her uniquely to guide and empower her clients.
